Cancellation, refunds and legal rights
There is no blanket exclusion of refunds or statutory rights. Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content may give you rights under consumer law. Immediate digital delivery can affect the 14 day cancellation right only where the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation are actually obtained.
